Based upon forest property market research and inventory surveys, our research team and surveyors provide both vendors and prospective investors of forest property the data and technical advice for establishing a realistic market value and "asking price" for the property they are looking to sell or purchase.
 
We have conducted a diverse number of forest property valuations of both commercial and amenity woodlands. Valuations include a full market report and take into account the condition of the forest crop, the current timber value at today's market prices, production forecasting and the amenity and conservation values of the woodland. We also base our valuations on current market values we hold for similar types and sizes of properties that have recently been sold on the forest property market.

A property appraisal can also involve an assessment of legal constraints, crop potential, due diligence and risk, if required.
